First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study explores whether cognitive flexibility—the ability to switch between different ways of thinking—can be improved through targeted training. Researchers will enroll 225 healthy adults aged 18-29 and have them complete up to 12 sessions of structure learning or set-shifting tasks over 12 days. The goal is to see if this training leads to lasting improvements in thinking skills and changes in brain activity.
