Summary
This study tested a special training program that combines thinking exercises with whole-body vibration (standing on a gently vibrating platform) to see if it helps older adults with mild to moderate memory and balance problems. Fifty adults aged 60 to 75 with cognitive impairment took part. The goal was to improve their thinking skills and balance, which could help them stay independent longer.
