New app aims to tame high blood pressure with teamwork

Summary
This study tests a smartphone app called COACH that helps patients and doctors work together to manage high blood pressure. About 550 adults with high blood pressure will use the app to track their home readings and share them with their care team. The goal is to see if the app helps more people get their blood pressure under control.
