Summary
This study tested a new medicine called CNP-104 in 42 adults aged 18-75 with primary biliary cholangitis, a chronic liver disease. Participants were not helped enough by standard treatments. The goal was to check if CNP-104 is safe and can control the disease. The study lasted about 2 years, including follow-up.
