Summary
This early-phase study tests a new cell therapy called CNK-UT009 in 40 people with severe inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's or colitis) that hasn't improved with standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment helps control the disease.
