Parkinson's drug under scrutiny: could it weaken your defenses?
NCT ID NCT06634641
Summary
This study aims to understand if the Parkinson's psychosis medication clozapine affects the body's immune system over time. Researchers will follow 24 Parkinson's patients taking clozapine, measuring their antibody levels and immune cells at 6 months and 1 year. The goal is to gather knowledge about potential long-term immune effects, not to test a new treatment.
