NCT ID NCT05536349
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a time-limited combination of three drugs (pirtobrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab) is safe and effective for people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or Richter transformation (RT). About 60 adults with good organ function and performance status will receive the treatment. The goal is to control the disease with a fixed course of therapy, not lifelong medication.
