Summary

This study is testing a new combination of two oral drugs, duvelisib and venetoclax, for adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or Richter's syndrome that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. The first part of the study aims to find a safe dose when the drugs are used together. The second part will measure how well the combination works to control the cancer.
