This study will follow 45 adults newly diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) for at least one year. Researchers will collect blood samples and genetic information to see how certain markers, like IGHV mutations and chromosome changes, relate to how well patients respond to treatment. The goal is to better understand which factors lead to better or worse outcomes.
