First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special mobile app can reliably send blood sugar readings from children with diabetes to a hospital database. The app collects data from a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) every 5 minutes and shares it with the care team in real time. About 20 children staying in the hospital will take part. The goal is to see if the app works accurately and efficiently, which could help improve future diabetes care.
