First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 16-week high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program can help women with breast cancer maintain their thinking and memory skills while undergoing chemotherapy. About 30 women will be enrolled and will have their brain function, heart fitness, and brain scans measured before and after the program. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to reduce the mental fog often caused by cancer treatment.
