This study tests whether a new drug called CIT-013 can reduce symptoms of hidradenitis suppurativa, a chronic skin condition causing painful lumps. About 96 adults with moderate to severe HS will receive either 50 mg, 100 mg, or a placebo every two weeks for 12 weeks. Researchers will check if the drug lowers disease activity and monitor for any side effects.
