Summary

This study tests a new rehabilitation program that combines robot-assisted hand and arm training with task-oriented exercises in a circuit format. The goal is to improve motor control, daily function, and quality of life in 87 adults who have had a stroke at least three months ago. Participants will undergo various assessments of movement, strength, sensation, and self-confidence. The findings could help reduce caregiver burden and long-term care costs.
