First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether task-oriented gait training combined with core stabilization exercises can improve mobility, balance, and walking in people who had a stroke. Fifty-four adults aged 45-75 with left-side weakness took part in an 8-week program. The goal was to see if these exercises help them walk more safely and confidently.
