Summary
This study will follow 819 children under 2 years old who have medium to giant congenital nevi (birthmarks). Researchers want to learn how often these children have brain development issues, the true risk of melanoma, and the emotional impact on families. The goal is to create clear, evidence-based guidelines for monitoring and treatment to improve outcomes and quality of life.
