Summary
This study tested a medication called Cipros 20 in 406 adults with dyslipidemia (abnormal fat levels in the blood) who also had high or very high heart disease risk. The goal was to see if the drug could lower triglycerides and LDL (bad) cholesterol more effectively than existing options. Participants took the drug or a placebo for a period, and researchers measured changes in blood fat levels and tracked any side effects.
