This early-phase study tests whether giving specially trained immune cells (CIML NK cells) along with a targeted drug (venetoclax) can safely help prevent acute myeloid leukemia (AML) from coming back. Ten adults with AML who have already received standard treatment will receive the cell infusion plus supportive medications. The main goal is to check for side effects and find the best dose.
