Summary
This early-stage trial tests a special type of immune cell (CIML NK cells) combined with a low dose of IL-2 in people whose blood cancer (like AML or MDS) came back after a stem cell transplant. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can put the cancer back into remission. The study includes both adults and children aged 12 and older.
