Radiation plus standard therapy shows promise in metastatic breast cancer trial

Summary

This study is for women with a common type of advanced breast cancer (HR+ HER2-). It tests whether adding targeted radiation to each tumor site, along with standard hormone therapy and a targeted pill, can help keep the cancer from growing longer. About 102 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus radiation.
