Summary

This study tests a single injection of CIL001 (Paliroden) into the ear to repair nerve damage that causes hearing problems in people with type 2 diabetes. The trial includes 135 adults aged 45-75 with diabetes for at least 5 years. Researchers will check safety and whether the injection improves the ability to hear speech in noisy settings.
