Summary
This study looks at how your body's daily rhythms (chronobiome) change with age and sex. Researchers will analyze blood samples from 48 healthy adults—young (18-30) and older (55-75)—to find differences in proteins. No treatment is given; the goal is simply to learn more about how our bodies work.
