New peer-led program aims to ease chronic pain for home care workers

Summary

This study tests a program called COMPASS-NP for home care workers who have chronic pain. The program combines pain education, coping strategies, and safety tips to help workers feel better at work and in daily life. About 140 adults who work as home care workers and have had pain for at least 3 months will take part.
