New program aims to ease pain for overworked home caregivers

Summary

This study is testing a peer-led group program designed to help home care workers manage chronic pain. The program combines pain education, coping strategies, and safety training to reduce how much pain interferes with work and daily life. Researchers are enrolling 140 home care workers who experience ongoing pain to see if this approach improves their well-being and safety.
