This study investigates whether surgery for chronic ear infections (chronic otitis media) can affect the utricle, a small organ in the inner ear that helps with balance. Researchers will use a virtual reality test called Subjective Visual Vertical (SVV) to measure balance function before and after surgery in 30 adults.
