Summary
This observational study from the University of Nottingham aims to find out which factors predict chronic pain after a serious limb injury. Researchers will follow 450 major trauma patients with at least one broken limb for 6 months, asking them about their pain at 3 and 6 months. The goal is to better understand who is at risk, not to test a new treatment.
