NCT ID NCT07359430

First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study aims to find biological markers (biomarkers) that can help diagnose and monitor chronic induced urticaria, a condition where specific triggers like cold or pressure cause itchy hives. Researchers will compare 40 participants—including patients with cold urticaria or symptomatic dermographism, patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria, and healthy volunteers—using skin biopsies, blood tests, and imaging. The goal is to improve diagnosis and treatment monitoring, not to test a new therapy.
