New study aims to unravel immune secrets behind Post-Transplant complication
NCT ID NCT07235501
First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at how immune cells change in the blood and affected tissues of people who develop chronic graft-versus-host disease after a stem cell transplant. Researchers will measure different types of T cells, B cells, and macrophages to find patterns linked to the disease. The goal is to better understand what causes this complication, not to test a new treatment. About 75 participants who have had a stem cell transplant will provide samples over time.
