Summary
This study is collecting information from medical records and patient surveys to better understand how chronic gastrointestinal diseases like Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis progress over time. Researchers will follow 500,000 patients to see what treatments doctors use and how effective they are. The goal is to gather knowledge that could improve future care, but this study does not provide any new treatments to participants.
