Summary
This study aims to understand how chronic diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, and frailty develop and progress in a rural Chinese county. Researchers will follow 20,000 adult residents for three years, collecting health data and samples to build a detailed picture of community health. The goal is to identify risk factors and create a better model for managing these long-term conditions in similar rural areas.
