NCT ID NCT05820204
Summary
This study is testing whether a new talk therapy called Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) works better than standard Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or usual care for adults with chronic back pain. Researchers are enrolling 150 racially and ethnically diverse adults to try these treatments delivered remotely via telehealth. The main goal is to see which approach best reduces pain intensity and improves quality of life.
