Summary
This phase II trial tests whether adding canakinumab, an anti-inflammatory drug, to standard chemoradiation and immunotherapy (durvalumab) helps control locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. About 41 participants will receive the combination to see if it improves progression-free survival. The study is active but no longer recruiting.
