Summary
This study looks at how well the body uses choline from a new dairy ingredient compared to eggs in women aged 51-70 who have gone through menopause. Participants will drink a chocolate-flavored drink with either the dairy ingredient or whole egg powder. The goal is to see if dairy can be a good source of choline, an important nutrient.
