Summary

This study looks at whether using chlorhexidine mouthwash affects blood sugar levels after eating. Healthy adults will rinse with either the mouthwash or a placebo, then eat bread and have their blood sugar checked. The goal is to see if killing mouth bacteria changes how carbs are digested.
