This study looks at whether adding Chinese herbal medicine to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can help prevent lung cancer from coming back after surgery. About 367 adults with a certain type of lung cancer (driver gene negative, stage Ib to IIIb) will take part. The goal is to see if the herbs improve how long people stay cancer-free and their quality of life.
