Summary
This study looks at a better way to treat children and teens newly diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), a blood cancer. It uses updated risk factors to decide how strong the chemotherapy should be and tests a new method for dosing a key drug called pegaspargase. The goal is to improve the chance of cure while reducing side effects. About 560 participants are involved in this phase 3 trial.
