Summary
This study tests the safety of an inhaled drug called CHF6333 in healthy volunteers and people with bronchiectasis, a chronic lung condition. In the first part, participants receive a single dose; in the second part, people with bronchiectasis receive repeated doses. The goal is to check for side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
