Can chewing gum beat a drug for nausea after surgery?

Summary
This study tests if chewing gum works as well as a standard anti-nausea drug (ondansetron) for women who feel sick after laparoscopic surgery. 90 women will be randomly assigned to either chew gum or receive the drug. The goal is to see which method stops nausea and vomiting faster and more completely.
