Summary

This study tested different chest physiotherapy positions to see which might work best for helping premature babies breathe. It involved 60 preterm newborns in intensive care who were on breathing support. Researchers compared how different therapy positions immediately affected the babies' heart rate, breathing, and oxygen levels.
