This study talks to men who have sex with men and take part in chemsex (using drugs during sex) in Bangkok. Researchers want to understand the physical, mental, and social harms they face. The goal is to design a program led by hosts of chemsex parties to reduce risks like HIV, STIs, and drug problems. About 76 people will join, including hosts, guests, and staff from clinics or police.
