Summary
This study aims to understand if giving chemotherapy before surgery improves the physical fitness and thinking skills of older adults with advanced ovarian or endometrial cancer. Researchers will observe 35 participants, measuring their frailty and cognitive function before and after 3-4 rounds of pre-surgery chemotherapy. The goal is to gather knowledge about how this treatment sequence affects a patient's overall condition and readiness for an operation.
