More chemo before surgery: better odds for rare thymic cancer?

Summary
This study compares two different lengths of chemotherapy before surgery for people with a rare type of chest tumor (thymoma or thymic carcinoma). About 116 adults aged 18 to 65 with advanced but removable tumors will receive either 6 or 3 cycles of chemo, then have surgery. The goal is to see if more chemo helps prevent the tumor from coming back or spreading.
