Summary
This study is testing whether using ChatGPT as a virtual job coach can help adults with autism spectrum disorder prepare for job applications, interviews, and workplace social situations. Researchers will work with 30 participants who will use ChatGPT for one week to practice these skills. The goal is to see if this AI tool improves their interview performance and helps them navigate workplace challenges.
