Summary
This study tests whether a text and telephone chatbot, called My AI Companion, can help veterans with chronic pain manage their condition. The chatbot is designed to support symptom tracking, encourage coping strategies, and boost engagement, without needing internet access or extra clinician time. Researchers will enroll 200 veterans who frequently use VA services to see if the chatbot is feasible, acceptable, and helpful.
