Summary
This study tests an online questionnaire called CHAMP that older adults with cancer can fill out before their doctor visit. The tool helps doctors understand each patient's overall health to choose the best treatment and support. About 180 people aged 65 and older from four hospitals in Toronto will take part. The goal is to see if the tool is easy to use and how it affects treatment plans.
