New study tests easier way for Moms-to-Be to manage diabetes
NCT ID NCT07184775
Summary
This study is testing if a wearable continuous glucose monitor (CGM) is easier for pregnant women with type 2 diabetes to use than the standard finger-prick method. It will see if patients are better at tracking their blood sugar with the CGM, which could lead to better health for both mother and baby. Researchers will compare the two methods in 70 participants to see which one people stick with more consistently.
