Summary
This study is a screening survey to find people who may be eligible for one of several cancer genetics research studies at the National Cancer Institute. It is open to people of any age who have a personal or family history of certain cancers or genetic syndromes. Participants fill out a 15-20 minute questionnaire about their health and family history; no treatments are offered.
