Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug called CFI-400945 for women with advanced breast cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard chemotherapy. The drug works by blocking a specific protein that helps cancer cells grow and divide. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or stop the cancer from getting worse.
