New MRI technique could help surgeons see and remove more brain tumor

Summary
This study tests whether a special MRI technique (CEST) can help surgeons see and remove more glioblastoma tissue than standard surgery. About 60 adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma will be randomly assigned to either CEST-guided surgery or standard surgery. The goal is to see if the new approach improves how long patients live without their cancer growing.
