Summary
This study tests a special type of mammogram called CESM, which uses a dye injected into a vein to make breast tissue and blood vessels clearer. The goal is to see if CESM is better than standard mammograms at finding the cause of nipple discharge and detecting breast cancer. About 66 women with nipple discharge will take part. If CESM works well, it could help find cancers earlier and reduce the need for unnecessary biopsies.
