This study tests whether using a special risk calculator during labor can lower the number of unplanned C-sections and reduce serious complications like heavy bleeding or infection. About 20,000 full-term mothers having their first baby will be included. The goal is to see if this tool helps doctors make safer decisions for both mothers and newborns.
